Aeon of Horus

This is one my oldest pieces and is the beginning of my journey. Now as things come back around I have found through my studies that the ancient knowledge depicted in the art and structures of the ancient Egyptian culture is very much in alignment with the knowledge from India and both describe the cycles of time very similarly. Wisdom from India shows that we are now living in the Dwapara Yuga, as described and explained in Sri Yukteswar’s “The Holy Science” the description of which aligns with the Ancient Egyptians who tell us we are now in the Aeon of Horus.
We are now living in the Aeon of Horus, as it is known in the Egyptian theology. This is when humanity is given the role of self governance. Though still a child, humanity is a child of God and therefore has the capacity for life giving creation as well as the capacity to be a force of destruction. We stand now at the precipice of our own evolution. Just like a child who must choose the type of adult they will be, humanity, collectively, must decide what form of consciousness we will embody. Will humanity continue on its path of greed and destruction? Or will we choose eternal Life as it is being offered by the Divine Consciousness?
Awakening is just the beginning.
